Dear Members,
I hope that you all have a happy Christmas, and I wish you all the best that 2020 can bring.
Committee
There will be four vacancies on our committee next year. Peter Collin has resigned after valuable service to the BCC, and the three committee members due to retire in 2020 but who can stand for re-election are Steve Crow, Carolyn Kempe, and Sue Chase.
GCCF Delegates
We have three Delegates: Steve Crow, Thomas Goss, and Carolyn Kempe, and all are willing to serve for another year subject to re-election.
All of the above people will need nominating in the usual way, and a nomination form is on our website for those who wish to stand for Committee Member or Delegate positions.
The papers explain clearly how they should be completed, but I emphasise that the forms must be returned to me by 22nd November 2019.
AGM 2020
This will be held on Saturday 14th March during the BCC show at the Woking Leisure Centre.
