Deadline for entries to this Year’s Show is fast approaching
Just a quick reminder that the closing date for entries is rapidly approaching and is this coming Sunday 26th February.
You can download the Schedule and enter on-line via the GCCF web site – it could not be easier.
I big thank you to everyone which has already entered and we look forward to receiving even more entries during this coming week.
Parking
After the chaos of 2022 we will once again have parking permits available and you can order these along with your entry online at a cost of £4 for the day.
You get 2 hrs free parking anyway, so there is time to get into the hall, through vetting in and settled. The parking permit will be in your envelope.
We won’t have any permits available for sale on the day as these must be ordered from Woking Council several weeks before the Show.
FREE Tea and Coffee for exhibitors
To help everyone settle on arrival we will have free tea and coffee available (voucher in envelope) before 10 am.
If you have any problems with your on-line entry just get in touch with Kym Jarvis, the Show Manager kymian.burmese@btinternet.com and she will help you through the process.
Vetting in will be open from 08.00
We look forward to welcoming you on the day. We have a good range of trade stands and a raffle with some great prizes. If you’re not exhibiting but perhaps are planning to visit the Show, further information and advance tickets are on sale here:
